It's been a tough start for Hashtag United in the Isthmian North League as they failed to win in 4 consecutive matches.
However, last night showed a completely different story, as the Tags beat Maldon & Tiptree FC in a staggering 3-0 win. Hashtag United flourished with their classy high press style of football that was showcased best across their previous campaign, even landing them an impressive FA Cup Qualification run.
Goals from Newby, Waller-Lassen & Hursit, and overall impressive team performance contributed to their win.
Academy winner Jake Lindsey didn't feature last night despite Joshua Osude taking a slight knock in the first and second half. Hashtag Manager Devs will be looking for his side to capitalise on last night's win as they face a challenging and onerous season.
